Welcome to Buy N Drive. These Terms govern use of the BuyNDrive marketplace, including vehicle listings, garage listings, parts listings, enquiries, bookings, subscriptions, paid promotions and related services.
## Marketplace Role
BuyNDrive acts as a technology platform connecting buyers, dealers, garages, sellers and service partners. Listings, pricing, descriptions, documents, inspection details and seller information must be verified by users before making any purchase decision.
## User Responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, avoid fake listings, respect other users, and comply with applicable laws. Dealers, garages and sellers are responsible for their own listing content, documents, service commitments, invoices and taxes.
## Payments and Paid Services
Paid listings, subscriptions, boosts, featured placements and other paid services are subject to the active plan rules and payment gateway status.
## Platform Rights
BuyNDrive may review, approve, reject, hide or remove listings, accounts, content or reviews that appear inaccurate, fraudulent, harmful or policy-violating.
